About the Platform
OSSO VR create multiplayer surgical training procedures in VR . During my time at OSSO I helped ship dozens of training modules for companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Stryker, Smith & Nephew, Medtronic, Zimmer Biomet and Boston Scientific.

Key Achievements
Helped establish the processes for the Unity development department and define the role of the Unity developer at the company.
Created Unity Editor tools and workflows to save level designers valuable time in Editor and ship products faster.
Was promoted to VR Software Engineer to further push our tooling initiative and work on key features for clients.
Created reusable features for procedures that were fully networked and easy for level designers to setup and use. Including advanced sequencing tools and physics simulations for medical devices such as needles and cannulas.
Developed streaming builds to allow our clients to better show off their modules on PC during multiplayer sessions. With cinematic camera movement and collaboration with art and marketing on visual effects and fidelity.
Won a company wide hackathon with a process and functionality to quickly allow level designers to convert VR simulations into interactive applications for mobile and tablets. With the feature being added to the official product roadmap.
